Disney On Ice 4 Pack Ticket giveaway- Official Rules




Tickets are for the December 10, 2009 show only; no other date.

Transportation is winner’s responsibility.

Tickets may be won by a minor, but must be claimed by a legal guardian 18 years of age or greater and will be listed in adult’s name.

Tickets may be claimed by winner or winner’s legal guardian at the Xcel Energy Center will call window with a photo ID. The person claiming the tickets must 18 years of age or greater and be the same person whose name is submitted to Feld Entertainment and Mom Central as the winner.

One entry per person, either via paper entry form or blog entry. Additional entries will be invalidated.

Incomplete or illegible entries will be invalidated.

Entry deadline is November 30th at 1:00 PM CST.

Winner will be notified by December 1st.

This giveaway is sponsored by Feld Entertainment and Mom Central. Mom Tested, Kid Approved and blog owner(s) bear no responsibility for prize after transmission of winner’s information to prize sponsor.

Winner agrees to allow Mom Tested, Kid Approved and blog owner(s) to transmit personal information to prize sponsor.

All information submitted for giveaway entry will be used only for giveaway and will not be used to contact entrants, except to notify of a winning entry. All personal information submitted on paper entry forms will be destroyed after giveaway period has expired. Electronic information submitted to the Mom Tested, Kid Approved Blog and e-mail correspondence with blog owner(s) may remain on blog site or in e-mail archives indefinitely.
